Experiencing continuity of care and the power of being truly supported in my own birth lit a fire in me to give other families that same opportunity. I know how overwhelming it can feel when the noise of conflicting advice, fear-based stories, and endless to-do lists creep in. My why is simple: I want families to feel informed, nurtured, and empowered, so that they step into birth and parenthood with calm, confidence, and connection.

As a mother who chose a physiological homebirth for my first child, I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of trusting the body’s innate ability to birth. This transformative experience taught me the importance of mindset, preparation, and surrender, shaping my belief that birth is not just a physical process but a profound journey of connection and empowerment.

Beyond Hypnobirthing Australia™ classes, I provide private Infant or Toddler Sleep support. I am also working on setting up Private Postpartum and Maternal Child Health services for 2026. I understand the joys and challenges that come with early parenting, and my goal is to provide guidance that aligns with your family’s unique needs and values.
